With the advent of modern technologies and business ideas, multi-level network marketing has become an important aspect of online moneymaking business. This type of marketing strategy is very crucial and sensitive and has to be dealt with care to achieve success. It is not just creating a network of distributors but maintaining a proper balance between the distributors and the system of the network.

Multilevel marketing (mlm) promotion can be done by offline or online mlm promotion campaign. In offline campaign One-to-one approach is followed to follow up a particular lead. If one fails to educate a particular lead about the mlm program, then the hard work is not rewarded, but one-to-many approach is followed in online campaign. So the interested people are found out through internet and the leads are educated through internet. Thus online promotion process allows getting more number of leads in short time.

The businessmen of today find time management a very difficult task as firstly they have to find a suitable lead for themselves and then they have to sell to the leads, next they have to do the billing and ordering and finally they have to do the paper work. So in order to be successful things must be well planned. There are even companies that generate online leads. Therefore, business persons can borrow one such lead from these companies. It is also seen that the business persons follow an offline approach or a one-to-one approach in case of following up a lead.

However, when the follow up is unsuccessful, problem arises as a lot of time has already been wasted in the process and this can affect the business plan too. Therefore, the multi level marketing concerns follow up a lead by the online or many-to-one process. Thus, many leads are appointed at the same time. Hence, if one lead is not willing to work then that would not be much of a headache to the company.

A lead should have the capability and zeal to carry on the business policies of the company and make successful turn to spread up the business by both financially and from popularity point of view. A successful company should have efficient leads that have the potential to communicate easily and can carry on the business well. Selection of leads in this aspect is very important as it decides the company’s fate in the end.

Thus the old mlm methods are replaced by the new online method as the main aim of Network Marketing is to make money ad that works better online rather than offline. Selling products using text or doing successful business through internet is not a big issue. Proper planning and total utilization of resources is the key to success.
